Overview
In the 60s, Fernando, a young Portuguese soldier is imprisoned in Goa following the invasion by Indian troops. With no correspondence from his loved ones, he begins to lose his connection to his past, while bonding with the Indian people. When he finally receives news that the Portuguese are returning home, Fernando has already decided to stay.
